Gutsy Girls Christmas Gift Guide - Support small businesses!

This Christmas I encourage you all to support small businesses when it comes to compiling your letter to Santa or buying gifts for love ones.

Being a small business owner myself, I know first hand all the hard work, long hours and commitment and most importantly passion that goes into every product or customer experience. 

Here are some of my favourite small businesses for adventurous women!

For our first ever Gutsy Girls event we teamed up with Claudia from Island Feather to teach women how to wakeboard at Wakeup Docklands, since then it’s been great to see Island Feather grow these past two years! 

I absolutely love my swimsuit from Island Feather, it’s the first image in my bag for every adventure. It’s super flattering, the material is fantastic and the quality is better than any other brand I’ve owned. 2 years and plenty of action and it’s still looking great!

Seafoam was founded by Stien in 2015, stocking just a few surf bikinis, I have huge admiration for any business owner who takes that leap, invests their own money to share great products with other women.

Stien carefully selects pieces from small independent brands, offering sustainable surf brands and supporting other female founders!

We were thrilled to include adventure pins in our Gutsy Girls goody bags this December in Northern Ireland!

The talented designer and illustrator behind Hello Sunshine is Jo Want, her fun designs come from inspiration all around her including the great outdoors, food and cats!

Jo also offers live illustrations for events, which I think is super special for weddings and parties!

I had the pleasure of meeting Megan the co-founder of Rubberstuff in May when she joined us for a weekend adventure in Croatia. I loved spending the weekend laughing with her and hearing all her tales of adventure from her days of motorcycling!
