Coast to Coast Adventure

SUP HIKE YOGA ADVENTURE IN SARADINA

28th May - 4th June | Just 1 spot available

Writing this quick blog post from the beautiful island of Sardinia Tomorrow 9 Gutsy Girls will join me here for a week of SUP and Yoga in the sunshine :)

If you fancy joining me out here, we do have 1 last spot on our Coast to Coast Adventure starting on the 28th May - 4th June.

Couple of reasons we can’t wait for this adventure!

  • Off the tourist radar location

  • Wilderness, remote spots, beautiful beaches

  • Plenty of SUP, hiking, yoga and action filled days

  • Authentic experiences that support the local communities

  • Delicious healthy food, eat like a local!

  • Wine tasting and vineyard tours

Our Coast to Coast Adventure is an expedition style holiday, every 2 days we’ll be moving to a new location along the coastline, through the heart of the island and ending on the north shore.

We’ll be exploring beautiful locations by standup paddleboard and foot on epic day hikes!

No previous experience required!

We’ll start off in Bosa, a charming village on the river over looked by a castle! The streets are busy with chatter and the food is incredible. As we work with local guides, you’ll experience this village as a local!

Staying in 3* Hotel on the river front!

After two days on the river and exploring the coast line, pretty beaches and hidden bays, we’ll pack our bags and head into the heart of the island.

Staying in a traditional farm house over looking the river, this will be our playground for the next 2.5 days. We’ll hike and SUP into the heart of the gorge, an area of preserved wilderness and beauty!

3 nights in “agriturismos” local farm stay over looking the river - Rated 5 stars on Tripadvisor!

Continuing our journey we’ll be heading to the north east of the island for more beaches, tranquil bright blue waters and secluded hidden bays.

Our last two nights we’ll be wild camping in hammock tents.

Night 1, we’ll paddling into a sea cave. YES sea cave, where we’ll set up camp for the night. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean lapping on the sand.

Night 2, we’ll camp in a forest on the waters edge.

We provide all the equipment you need for camping!

Throughout the week Lohene our local guide and yoga instructor will lead us in yoga sessions in beautiful locations, we’ll learn SUPyoga and unwind at the end of adventure filled days.

We couldn’t come to Sardinia without tasting all the delicious food and wine. We’ll fuel our bodies with healthy mediterranean food, each at local restaurants with a menu created by our local guides.

We’ve also arranged 2 wine tastings and tours of cellars and vineyards!
