Jobs at Gutsy Girls
Who We Are
Gutsy Girls is a travel and adventure company for women, passionate about redefining adventure for every woman. Our mission is to inspire and empower women to step beyond their comfort zones, explore new horizons, embrace new sports, and discover how bold and badass they are.
We're not all about conquering the highest mountain, setting speed records, we're here to create adventures that are approachable, welcoming, and, most importantly, fun.
What We Do:
We create small group adventure holidays for solo women travellers, connecting you with new friends as you learn new sports and explore wild places.
We live by a few guiding principles that shape our approach:
Supportive Adventure: It's not about the height of the peak but the journey taken. Every step outside your comfort zone is a personal Everest, and we celebrate each one.
Laughter is Our Compass: Amidst the thrill and challenge, we keep laughter at the forefront. Be it a splash while learning to paddleboard, a lost tent peg, or an unexpected scenic detour, we navigate with a sense of humour, reminding ourselves not to take life too seriously.
Beginners Friendly Approach: We know the feeling of being new to something, we create supportive and welcoming environments that eliminate the intimidation from trying new sports and embracing the great outdoors.
Friendship and Connection: It's more than just activities; it's about forging connections with nature, fellow adventurers, and even a touch of self-discovery (if you're inclined, no pressure!). Arrive solo, and you'll depart with new friends.
For All Women: At Gutsy Girls, we celebrate every woman, regardless of age, race, shape, size, ability, or background. Adventure knows no boundaries, and neither do we.
